Establishment Goals

1. In accordance with the national educational system extension policy, provide the educators, students, alumni, and neighboring areas of this school an exceptional educational environment by implementing preschool education policies.
2. Cooperate with the needs of the Department of Early Child Care and Education, providing students internship opportunities to train them in becoming professional early childhood educators.

3. Cooperate with the national education policies, preparing and establishing curriculum for teachers of the school, training them to become exceptional credentialed early childhood educators.

4. Provide assistance for Tainan area early childhood education development, providing first-rate qualified teachers and facilities, conducting early childhood education research, and promoting Tainan area quality of education.

Establishment Objectives

1. Conduct 2 1/2 to 6 year old early childhood education.
2. Collaboration with Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology Department of Child Care and Education teachers and students to conduct educational experiments and research, as well as provide early childhood education internship opportunities for university students.
3. Provide exceptional educational environment for employees, students, alumni, and neighboring areas of the school, in addition to enhancing employee benefits.
4.  Provide aid for Tainan area early childhood education development to enhance quality of education.
